- Take the Labouheyre exit or the Cap de Pin exit towards Mimizan
From Pau:
- Head towards Aire sur Adour via the RN 134
- At Aire sur Adour, head towards Mont de Marsan via the D934
- At Mont de Marsan, head towards Mimizan via the RN 124
From Bayonne and Spain:
- Head towards Bordeaux via the RN 10
- Take the Cap de Pin exit towards Mimizan.
